1. Who we are

Fornaq (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the Lazy Schedule mobile app (“the App”). Contact us at support@fornaq.com or PO Box 177, Princeton TX 75407.

2. What data we collect

Data you provide:

Account information (email address) when you sign up

Data collected automatically:

Device type and OS version
App crash reports and usage analytics (via AWS)
Subscription status (via Apple App Store)

3. How we use your data

To provide, operate, and improve the App
To process your requests through the AI assistant
To sync your tasks and goals across devices
To manage your subscription and purchases
To respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. AI assistant and data sharing

When you use the AI assistant, the following data is sent to our backend and an AI language model (provided by Amazon Web Services):

Your typed or voice-transcribed message
Your task and goal titles
Scheduled times and preferences

This data is used only to generate a scheduling response. It is not used to train AI models and is not shared with any other third party. Conversation history may be retained temporarily to maintain session context. You can reset your conversation at any time in Settings.

5. Third-party services

The App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

Amazon Web Services (AWS)— backend infrastructure, AI processing, and account authentication.
Apple App Store— subscription billing and payment processing.
Google Calendar API— calendar event sync, only if you choose to connect Google Calendar (optional).

6. Subscriptions and billing

Subscription billing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not store your payment information. Subscription management is subject to Apple’s terms at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes.

7. Data retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the App Settings, which will permanently erase all associated data.

8. Children’s privacy

The App is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

9. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction or deletion of your data
Object to or restrict certain processing

10. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
